Finest Sterlet Caviar is a black caviar harvested from mature Sterlet (ACIPENSER-RUTHENUS) at its best. Its production is characterized by the utmost attention to every detail: from pure artesian water in the tanks, to the thermo-coolers used for delivery.
With a smaller egg size and lighter color, compared to the Siberian Osetra, it tastes much softer and fresher.
All our products come from animals raised in crystal clear water, the eggs are collected on site and processed in sterile conditions.
Finest Sterlet Caviar is a completely sustainable product and does not endanger the wild sturgeon population.

No chemicals are ever used in the production of Mottra Sterlet Caviar. To qualify this black caviar as a malossol, only a small amount of salt is added at the end of the process, just before the glass jars are vacuum sealed.
